The Kokomo-Howard County Public Library is excited to announce that iPads are available for check out at all Library locations! 

Each iPad is Wi-Fi compatible and pre-loaded with many eBook titles, Audiobooks and dozens of free apps and shortcuts to websites. The iPads are available for a 14-day loan period, and holds can be placed on the iPads at the Reference Desk at your preferred Library Location.

We hope that our iPad lending program will provide Library patrons the opportunity to gain familiarity with new technologies in eBook and Audiobook lending, as well as encourage our next generation of Library patrons to use Library resources. 

Borrowing Policies

Borrowing Privileges are restricted to patrons who meet the following criteria:

• Patrons must be 18 years old or older.
• Patrons must have an account in good standing, with no fines or blocks. (View and Pay your fines online now!)
• Patrons must present a current Indiana Driver's License, or current State ID, or photo ID and proof of current address.
• Patrons must reside or own property in the KHCPL taxing district.

Reserve an iPad

To place a hold on an iPad, please call or visit the Reference Desk at your preferred Library location.  When you pick up the iPad, you will need to bring a current Indiana Driver's License, current State ID, or photo ID with proof of your current address.
