Monday - Thursday: 9am to 8pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am to 5:30pm
Sunday: 2pm to 5:30pm

Russiaville branch is closed on Wednesday

You may be required to perform the job duties listed below:

  • Lift, bend, squat and stretch while working with library materials.
  • Sort and shelve books and other materials in alphabetical or numerical order.
  • Straighten up shelves, tables and other areas of the library.
  • Shift library materials on shelves or from one shelf to another.
  • Lift library materials out of large bins.
  • Carry materials or push cart of materials from one area to another.
  • Work with the public.
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate locations.
  • Work with computers.

If I am offered employment, I will give my consent to the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library to obtain a urine specimen and to conduct laboratory analysis of said specimen for purposes of detecting illegal, controlled or unauthorized substances. I understand that if by such analysis it is determined that any illegal, controlled or unauthorized substance is present in my system, the offer for employment will be withdrawn.
